Terminals
EUROPEAN BULK SERVICES (E.B.S.) B.V. conducts its business operations from two strategically located areas in the Rotterdam port area, namely EBS Europoort for handling the import and export for agribulk products and coal (at the Capesize dolphins), and EBS St. Laurenshaven, a Panamax terminal that handles mainly mineral, coal, scrap, biomass and agribulk products.
These two large terminals are all equipped with excellent unloading, loading and storage facilities. All terminals are also optimally connected to deep seaways, inland waters, railways and highways. The terminals can be reached without having to pass a single lock. All types of ship can be handled at these terminals, from Capesize vessels to river barges.The Europoort terminal is a 1½-hour voyage from the pilot station and the St. Laurenshaven terminal is a 3-hour voyage from the pilot station.
